Shadin is a senior associate admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association with more than 7 years’ experience in a wide array of non – contentious and corporate matters.

Shadin is a lawyer and legal advisor, advises on all aspects of legal fields both national and international clients on their corporate and commercial activities in Jordan, assisting clients of non-profit entities in approving their programs and projects before the Jordanian Authorities and compliance with the applicable laws.

Shadin also drafts, reviews, negotiates and advises on various agreements. Conducted legal research and provided comments and legal analyses on existing legislation and their amendments.
