The firm is currently representing over 30 INGOs as clients. Over the years, we registered and represented many companies operating in the different fields of business and acquired a prominent reputation in serving not-for-profit entities including UN agencies, local and international NGOs, semi-governmental non-profit companies, among others.
NLF has a vibrant Pro Bono program serving local NGOs with all required legal services including registration, updates on regulatory framework and ongoing consultations.
NLF is a member of the Trust Law – Thomson Reuters Foundation, UK, The International Lawyers Network (AEA), and is the exclusive representative in Jordan for the reputable professional network of law firms - Justinian Lawyers. The firm is listed as a service provider with most of the European and Western embassies in Jordan including the British Embassy and the German Embassy in Amman.

In 2017 & 2019, NLF was awarded one of the largest legal projects implemented by the USAID in Jordan; to register and license Home Based Businesses (HBBs) in Jordan. With included conducting awareness campaigns to promote the new Ministry of Municipals Affairs Bylaw on HBBS as well as Greater Amman Municipality Instructions in addition to conducting training session to 20 lawyers in different governorates in Jordan.
2020 we partner with a "Plan International" project funded by EU to develop the social companies.
In our business development department, we're excited to continue providing legal services through an incredible team, as part of our extensive experience working with HBBS and small and micro businesses. We have aided the development of several of these businesses and projects by providing legal services.
Also we've discovered that some administrative concerns are required as a result of this work. So, we now have several collaborations with professional trainers and training institutions in administrative issues that aid in business development, in addition to legal services.
