The Managing Partner of Naffa Law Firm, a seasoned legal expert with over 25 years of experience in corporate, commercial, banking, not-for-profit sector and international business law.

Mr. Naffa is holder of LLM from the University of Western Sydney. He has advised major clients across sectors including public health, finance, and foreign investment, and served as a Senior Legal Advisor to the Egyptian Arab Land Bank and contributed to key legislative reforms through the Banks Association of Jordan.

He is also advising, providing legal governance and representing several local and international financial intuitions through Naffa Law Firm including CITCO, Bank Al Etihad for SMEs constancy, representing Convera payment system at the Central Bank of Jordan and others in addition to his participation and collaborations with the Justinian Lawyers network and as off-counsel with Legal Alliance in Germany and ZUBER LAWLER International in the USA.
